This session combines the active, alignment-focused poses of Hatha Yoga with the deep, meditative stretches of Yin Yoga to create a harmonious practice for all levels. You’ll start with Hatha sequences designed to build strength, flexibility, and focus, using breath and alignment to guide each pose. This energizing flow helps warm up your body and prepares you for the deeply restorative Yin portion of the class.
In the Yin Yoga segment, you'll hold poses for several minutes, allowing your muscles and fascia to release and relax. This extended stillness promotes mindfulness and deepens your stretch, easing tension and enhancing joint mobility. By blending the active and passive styles, this class offers a full-spectrum yoga experience, helping you cultivate inner peace and physical well-being.
