Indian Cooking Classes

Delight your senses in this culinary journey with Forum Khandelwal, proud owner and chef of "Myme Express," as she joins us in 2024 to share her passion for Indian cuisine. 

Over the 3 weeks, you'll master the art of creating delicious vegetarian Indian dishes, with options to adapt recipes for meat-based meals.

Week 1: 

Enticing entrees bursting with spices and aromas. 

  • Paneer tikka 
  • Vada Pav (Forum's speciality/ Chef Special)
  • Fritters (Onion, Potato, mix Veg)

Week 2: 

Curries, learning techniques to create rich and flavourful dishes. 

  • Paneer curry 
  • Veg Korma or similar  
  • Chole 
  • Jeera Rice

Week 3:

Delectable desserts, adding the perfect finishing touch to your Indian feast.

  • Carrot Halwa 
  • Kheer (Rice pudding with dry fruits/nuts)

Course fee includes all food and equipment.
