Thrive Tribe (Women)
Thrive Tribe Women – A 5-Week Wellness Pilot for Women Ready to Reclaim Their Strength
Thrive Tribe Women is more than just a fitness program—it's a supportive movement designed to empower adult women through strength, connection, and self-discovery. Over five weeks, participants will come together in a welcoming, female-only gym environment to explore fitness, build confidence, and reconnect with their personal wellbeing.
Led by an experienced female trainer, each session is designed to meet you where you are—whether you're new to exercise or returning after a break. Thrive Tribe Women is about progress, not perfection. It's a space to move your body, quiet your mind, and feel supported by a community of like-minded women.
This pilot program is especially suited for women living with anxiety, depression, or other mental health or intellectual challenges. Together, we’ll focus on building physical strength and emotional resilience in a safe, inclusive space.
What to Expect:
- 5 weekly sessions at Fernwood Gym, Hornsby
- A supportive, non-judgmental environment
- Guided workouts tailored to your needs
- Connection with other women on similar journeys
- Tools to help you feel stronger—physically and mentally
Cost: Free to eligible participants, thanks to the Peer Support and Capacity Building (PSCB) grant through the NDIS. (Participants do not need to be enrolled in the NDIS to be part of this program, but do need to meet elegibility criteria of living with a challenge or disability)
Location: Fernwood Gym, Hornsby. Participants will meet and depart from the gym.
