Widely recognised for its many health benefits, Tai Chi can help reduce stress, support mobility for those with arthritis, and contribute to better posture and overall wellbeing.
Our sessions also include Health Qigong exercises, designed to strengthen the body, support the immune system, and enhance vitality.
This class is ideal for participants who have completed at least one term of Tai Chi and are ready to deepen their skills and understanding of this beautiful and mindful practice.
What to wear/bring:
Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring a bottle of water.
