What to Bring:
Essential - Towel, light blanket, water bottle. We will be taking our shoes off during class so bring socks for foot work.
Optional - Yoga mat (or extra towel), massage oil/moisturizer, props (tennis balls, gua sha, etc.).
Wear comfy clothes, loose pants/shorts + short sleeves (easy access to arms/legs). Layer for warmth.
About your teacher:
Bansi is an experienced relaxomedial massage therapist and yoga teacher, with a focus on conscious movement and breath. Her passion is to help people, what better way than to weave helpful aspects of the two modalities into each other and bring a unique approach to wellness. Bansi is a qualified Cert IV trainer as well, and loves to teach people how to help themselves, specifically continuing to solve pain/mobility issues after leaving the session.
