We're pleased to welcome Deepika Jinda to the HKCC Lifestyle Team as our new Meditation instructor.
Through gentle guidance, Deepika will assist you to cultivate mindfulness, resilience, and compassion, enabling you to flow through life with greater fluidity and grace.
She believes spirituality is not about lofty ideals or esoteric concepts but rather about finding inner peace and fulfilment amid life's ever-changing currents.
