Guided by Michele, a neurodiverse counsellor who integrates holistic modalities, including EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), this workshop supports parents and carers to regulate their nervous system and develop a toolkit to reduce stress and prevent burnout. Michele helps you find your shine by providing strategies around burnout, practical nervous system regulation tools, and space to reconnect with yourself and others going through the same thing.
